Prescriber-led, dissolvable if needed
Structure quietly restored where time has taken it, placed by a prescribing clinician at our Berkhamsted clinic. Hyaluronic acid only, dissolvable if needed, priced by the millilitre, and planned around the whole face rather than the one line you came in about.
per treatment
Placement decides everything.
Support at the cheekbone lifts the tissue below it, which is why a well-treated mid face improves nasolabial folds without anything injected into them.
Filler is not one product placed at one depth. Placement decides everything. Support at the cheekbone lifts the tissue below it, which is why a well-treated mid face improves nasolabial folds without anything injected into them.
Filler on the cheekbone restores mid-face volume and lifts the lower face.
Defines a jawline and projects a receding chin.
A softer gel where the skin is thin and moves constantly.
Softened at the cause, usually by supporting the cheek rather than filling the fold.
Softer filler in the lips, worked in small increments.
Filler restores volume to the back of the hands where tendons and veins have become prominent.
Firmer gels are placed in the fat, where they restore volume that has been lost and lift the tissue above them. Placement decides the result: support at the cheekbone lifts the mid face, and the same product placed shallower would simply sit as a lump.
Depth and product are chosen for your anatomy at assessment. The positions shown are illustrative, not a treatment plan.
A full facial assessment rather than a chat about the one area you named, because volume lost in one place often shows up somewhere else.
What you feel or see Looking at the whole face, together.
What to do Bring the concern, and expect the plan to be a little wider than it.

Topical anaesthetic for twenty minutes, and most products contain a local anaesthetic. Treatment takes forty five to sixty minutes using a needle or blunt cannula, worked in increments with you sat up to assess.
What you feel or see Pressure and the odd sting; the anaesthetic does most of the work.
What to do Results are immediate and visible the same day.
A little swelling, and sometimes a bruise, most often in tear troughs and lips, easing over the first two days.
What you feel or see Fuller than the final result.
What to do Plan treatment a week or two ahead of anything in the diary.
The filler has integrated and this is your result. Review included.
What you feel or see The true result, once the swelling has gone.
What to do Come to the review. Small adjustments happen then.
Softer filler in lips and tear troughs lasts six to twelve months, because those areas move constantly.
What you feel or see Gradual softening rather than a sudden change.
What to do Most patients top up before it has fully gone.
Structural filler on bone in cheek or jaw lasts eighteen months or more. Filler degrades gradually rather than vanishing. It can be dissolved if needed.
What you feel or see Definition holds longest here.
What to do We review at twelve months rather than booking automatic repeats.

Any swelling eases over two to three days, and that is when the result starts to show.

Filler and anti-wrinkle injections solve different problems and are often used together. Under the eyes, polynucleotides are sometimes the better option and we will say so.

A cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel injected to restore lost volume and structure. Hyaluronic acid occurs naturally in the skin, and the filler version is made to hold a defined shape in one place. Different products do different jobs: a firm, highly cross-linked gel builds cheekbone or jawline structure, while a soft, flexible gel suits lips and tear troughs, where movement and thin skin call for it.
From the mid thirties the fat pads that give a young face its structure shrink and shift downward. The cheek flattens, a shadow appears from the nose to the mouth, the jawline softens and the chin recedes. Filler puts the structure back, and placed correctly it makes a face look supported rather than full. If you arrive with a look you have seen online, your clinician will show you how it translates to your own face.
£280 for 0.5ml and £350 for 1ml at our Berkhamsted clinic, with 2ml at £720. Cheek enhancement is £400 for 1ml and tear troughs £520. We price by volume, so you know exactly what you are buying.
Twelve to eighteen months for structural filler on bone in the cheek or jaw. Six to twelve months in lips and tear troughs, where constant movement works the gel away a little faster.
Topical anaesthetic goes on first and most products contain a local anaesthetic, so most patients describe pressure rather than pain. A cannula is used in areas where it makes the treatment more comfortable and keeps bruising down.
Hyaluronic acid fillers have an excellent safety record in trained medical hands. At Regents Park Aesthetics every filler is placed by a prescribing clinician with a dissolving agent on site, and who injects you matters more than which product they use.
Yes. Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved if needed, which is why it is the only kind we use.
No. We work in sensible volumes, let previous filler settle before adding more, and lift where a face needs lifting rather than filling. Our patients tend to be told they look rested rather than done.
Filler replaces lost volume and restores structure. Anti-wrinkle injections relax a muscle to soften lines caused by movement. They solve different problems and are often used together.
Cheeks, jawline, chin, tear troughs, temples, nasolabial and marionette lines, lips, nose and hands.
It can, where the cause is mid-face volume loss, by restoring the support above the jowl rather than injecting into it. Where skin laxity is the driver, Exion radiofrequency at our Berkhamsted clinic does more, and your assessment tells us which.
Yes, and it is one of the most rewarding areas when product and depth are chosen with care. Where polynucleotides would give a better result, we will suggest them.
Two to three days for most areas, with tear troughs and lips swelling most. Your result settles at two weeks, which is when we review you.
Give exercise, alcohol, saunas and hot yoga a day off, hold dental work for two weeks, and leave the area alone unless your clinician shows you how to massage it. All of it is covered before you leave.
Hyaluronic acid fillers only, which can be dissolved if needed, chosen by area: a firm gel for cheek and jaw structure, a soft, flexible gel for lips and tear troughs.
Forty five to sixty minutes, including twenty minutes for the numbing cream to work. You sit up during treatment so your clinician can judge the result as it builds.
At least two weeks, so your review falls before the day. A month is ideal for a first treatment.
