Collagen induction, most skin tones
The most versatile skin treatment we offer on Wimpole Street, suited to most skin tones after a skin check, with twenty four hours of downtime. The perfect starting point for scarring and texture, and the one patients come back to.
per treatment
Every area of your face gets its own depth.
Your therapist adjusts depth across a single treatment, going shallower on the thin skin around the eyes and deeper over scarred cheeks.
Depth is set to the problem and adjusted across a single treatment: shallower on the thin skin around the eyes, deeper over scarred cheeks. It works on the body as well as the face.
Shallow acne scarring on the cheeks is treated deeper, at 1.5 to 2.5mm, so the channels reach the scar tissue.
Fine lines around the eyes are treated shallow, on the thin skin.
Enlarged pores and rough or uneven texture respond to a shallower setting.
Stretch marks on the body are treated at 1.5 to 2.5mm, the same depth as scarring.
Acne scarring and stretch marks need 1.5 to 2.5mm, so the channels reach the scar tissue and the repair produces collagen where it is needed. The channels also let serums penetrate far more effectively, which is why boosters are often added.
Depth is set to the problem and adjusted across a single treatment. The positions shown are illustrative, not a treatment plan.
Your therapist assesses skin type, the concern and its depth, and sets the protocol. Where scarring is deep, your therapist may suggest a resurfacing device as the stronger match.

What you feel or see Each session repeats the same day of redness.
What to do Deep or sharply cratered scarring has its match in CO2 laser or Morpheus8, and your therapist tells you which category yours falls into.
The full result arrives three months after the final session as collagen continues to build. Results are long-lasting because new collagen is real tissue.

For deep boxcar or ice pick scarring, CO2 laser or Morpheus8 is the stronger match, and your therapist shows you which yours needs.

A treatment using very fine sterile needles to create thousands of microscopic channels in the skin. The skin repairs those channels by producing collagen and elastin, which improves scarring, texture and fine lines.
It suits shallow acne scarring, rough or uneven texture, enlarged pores, fine lines, and stretch marks on the body. It also suits skin that is dull and lacks bounce without having any single identifiable problem.
Because it leaves pigment alone, it is the first-line option for patients whose skin type suits a gentler alternative to laser resurfacing. For a great many people microneedling is simply the ideal choice.
£180 for a small area, £250 full face, £350 for face, neck and decolletage at our Marylebone clinic. Adding exosomes is £499 and PRP is £399.
Four to six for acne scarring, three to four for general skin quality, spaced four weeks apart. The effect is cumulative, building across the course.
Topical anaesthetic goes on for thirty minutes beforehand. Most patients describe a vibrating, scratchy sensation, a little sharper over bone along the jaw and forehead.
Twenty four to forty eight hours. Day one looks like moderate sunburn. Makeup can usually go on after a day, and some patients get fine flaking on day three.
It is generally well suited to darker skin after a skin check. Nothing about it targets pigment, so the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation is far lower than with laser resurfacing.
For shallow and rolling scars, genuinely yes, across a full course. For deep boxcar or ice pick scarring, CO2 laser or Morpheus8 is the stronger match, and your therapist shows you which yours needs.
It is in a different league. Regents Park Aesthetics uses SkinPen, a medical-grade motorised device with a sterile single-use cartridge. It sets the depth precisely and enters the skin vertically, so every channel is clean and even, which a home roller simply cannot match.
Brighter skin within a week. The meaningful change builds across the course, with the full result about three months after the final session.
Long-lasting, because new collagen is real tissue. Most patients maintain with a session every three to six months.
Yes, and it is a common combination. Your own platelet-rich plasma is applied to the skin during treatment and absorbed through the channels, which enhances the repair response.
Cell-derived signalling particles applied after microneedling to amplify the healing response. They add £150 to £250 depending on the protocol and are optional.
One of our skin therapists. Non-injectable treatments are performed by therapists rather than prescribing clinicians.
Every plan starts with a conversation and a close look at your skin, so the treatment you book is the one that suits you.
