IV DRIPS at Regents Park Aesthetics London & Berkhamsted
Clinically administered IV nutrient therapy with Dr Grace & Nurse Teresa — treatments to support energy, recovery, immunity and skin health.
We now offer professionally administered IV Drips at Regents Park Aesthetics in London and Berkhamsted. Our treatments are delivered by Dr Grace and Nurse Teresa — Teresa has many years’ experiences administering IV drips, previously working for an IV clinic. All clients receive a medical consultation and a personalised treatment plan before infusion.
Why choose IV therapy?
IV nutrient therapy delivers vitamins, minerals and specialized compounds directly into the bloodstream for rapid absorption. People choose IV drips to support recovery after intense exercise or travel, to help with hydration and hangover relief, to provide immune support, and to target skin and energy concerns. At Regents Park Aesthetics we follow clinical safety standards: full medical history, vein assessment, trained staff and monitored infusions.
What each ingredient does
- NAD+ (Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) — a coenzyme involved in cellular energy production and DNA repair. Intravenous NAD+ is used in clinics to support energy metabolism and cognitive clarity. We use the 500 mg clinical formulation.
- Saline (0.9% sodium chloride) — rehydrates the body and provides a safe carrier fluid for vitamins and minerals.
- Paracetamol — used in the Hangover Cure to reduce headache and general discomfort where appropriate after clinical assessment.
- B Complex (B vitamins) — includes B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 and others. Supports energy metabolism, nervous system function and helps the body process alcohol and stress.
- Glutathione — a powerful antioxidant that supports detox pathways and cellular antioxidant defence; often used for skin health and recovery.
- Vitamin C — antioxidant and immune-supporting nutrient; IV delivery achieves higher blood levels than oral doses, which some clients prefer for acute immune support.
- Biotin — B7 is associated with hair, skin and nail health; included in the “Glow & Immunity” drip.
- Magnesium — supports muscle relaxation, nerve function and can reduce cramping.
- Calcium Gluconate — used for electrolyte support and cardiac/neuromuscular stability when clinically indicated.
Safety, consultation & suitability
Your safety is our priority. Before any IV drip we will:
- Complete a medical consultation and review medication, allergies and medical history.
- Check blood pressure, basic observations, and perform a vein assessment.
- Explain possible side effects (e.g. temporary flushing, vein irritation, rare allergic reaction).
Not suitable for: people with certain heart/renal conditions, uncontrolled diabetes, some bleeding disorders, pregnancy and breastfeeding in certain cases — a clinical consultation will determine suitability.
Note: Treatments described are supportive wellness therapies, not cures for disease. We will not administer IV therapy without an informed clinical assessment.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What are IV drips and how do they work?
IV drips deliver fluids, vitamins and minerals directly into the bloodstream for fast absorption. They are used for hydration, nutrient repletion and supportive wellness purposes.
Are IV drips safe?
When administered by trained medical staff after a consultation, IV drips are generally safe. We use sterile technique, monitor clients during infusion, and assess medical suitability beforehand.
How long does an IV drip take?
Treatment times vary: simple vitamin pushes take minutes; full drips usually last between 20 and 90 minutes depending on fluid volume and ingredients.
Will an IV drip cure my hangover?
IV drips can help hydration, nausea and general symptoms quickly and may speed recovery, but they do not remove alcohol from your system faster than the liver. The Revive Hangover Cure is designed to support symptoms and comfort.
Is IV therapy painful?
Most clients report only a quick pinch for cannulation. Some may feel a brief warm or flushing sensation during infusion.
Can I have an IV drip if I’m on medication?
We’ll review all medications during consultation. Some medications or conditions may make IV therapy unsuitable — always disclose prescriptions and supplements.
How soon will I feel benefits?
Some people feel immediate hydration and energy benefits; antioxidant effects and skin-related changes may show over days. Responses vary by individual.
Can I combine IV drips with other treatments?
Yes, often IV therapy complements other aesthetic or wellness treatments. We’ll advise on timing based on your treatment plan.
Do you carry out blood tests before an IV?
Routine IV sessions usually involve a clinical assessment and vitals. We may request blood tests if clinically indicated.
